At Mr Ben's Supplies Ltd we want you to be completely happy with the goods you purchase from us. However, if a problem should arise it may help to see below the terms under which we operate our web shop:


Returns Policy

• Faulty or Damaged Items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt.
*If damaged in transit customer needs to notify us by 3pm on the day following delvery.*


• Incorrectly Ordered
We will accept the return of any item that has been incorrectly ordered by you provided that the products returned are unopened and in a resaleable condition. Mr Ben's Supplies Ltd will not be held responsible for the cost of postage for returned goods.

• To return an item
To return an item, simply enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to our address (see contact page). Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively enclose your name, address, email contact or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box.

Due to the competitive pricing of products offered by Mr Ben's, we must strictly adhere to the return policy herein provided. If you require any further information regarding our returns policy please contact us.

Price Changes

• All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification and are charged at price ruling on the day of delivery.

• Recommended retail prices are given as a guide only.
